When it rains it pours. It was just starting to rain when we were having supper before the game. Not to worry we thought, it is just drizzling not to worry, well the rain just stronger and stronger. As per the league rules, the only time they will cancel a game is when the is lighting, so we played on in the rain.
The game itself was kinda a mess (like the kids uniforms after playing in the rain)but the kids are starting to get the concepts of passing and defense. Keir just about scored the tying game! He hit the post in the second half with a great kick!
The kids all had a blast playing in the rain and were all soaking wet when it was all said and done
