I just had to post this real quick, I was giving Keir his lunch and was asking him if he wanted some Cottage Cheese, his response was "No Cheese, cake!"
At least he has his priorities straight!
We are off to the cottage for the weekend.

-My mum rocks-

So I have been doing lots of running while I have been off watching Keir. While I run, I think. I was thinking today while running, that my mum is amazing. To do what she does with Keir(takes care of him while we are at work) is such a selfless thing to do. We have told my mum how much we appreciate what she is doing for us (and Keir) but we probably don't tell her enough. So yeah, my mum rocks.
I know that since she has been back in Scotland, Keir has missed her. He mention's her multiple times a day.

Along with the pj's Jenn got some kid markers for Keir. My parents are in Scotland right now. So we thought we would write a note to them. Well we got as far as one note to Gran, we were going to do two notes one to Gran andone to Granpa, but as you can see things got a little messy and we only got one done before the markers had to be out away.

Jen got some new pyjamas for Keir. He has out grown his warm pj's (long sleeves and legs. This picture is Keir modeling his Hockey pj's. They seemed to work well as he slept in till 8 this morning.

-Saturday-

Here is my saturday . Actually it was just my saturaday morning. I went for a run, for those of you who run, you should click on the link and check out the running distance tool that works with Google Map. This tools is awesome! So apprently I ran a shade under 30km and burned 2436.15457634437 calories! The tool tracks mileage markers, and with the satellite imagery you can really get a pretty acurate route.
I have been trying to up my running mileage this past week to get ready for a Fall Marathon, I have managed to run every day this week starting monday and my plan is to go every day this week also (I may have a rest day in there, we will see how my body holds up. Including today(Sunday) I have ran 12hrs and somewhere between 120-140kms.

-Kingston-

Well I finally got around to posting some more photos(see below). Last weekend Jen and I got to go to Kingston for the weekend. That means Keir got to spend the weekend at his Gran and Granpa Herrington's house. It was Jen's first night she has spend away for Keir (ever). The reason for the trip was a special anniversary treat for us. This year is our 4th anniversary. We had a wonderful weekend we stayed right downtown in Kinston at the Four Points Sheraton, which was very nice, and had a really nice supper at Le Chien Noir. It was a very nice weekend and it was nice to be able to not worry about Keir for a night. Keir really enjoyed his weekend with his granparents. It was good to get back to Keir.
I am off work for the next two weeks watching Keir, as my parents have gone back to Scotland for two weeks. I am really looking forward to spending lots of time with Keir.
